At Radiance Films, we want you to be completely satisfied with your cinematic purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return unopened items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and details of the item you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original protective mailer or a sturdy box, ensuring the product remains in mint condition to avoid restocking fees.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return label or ship via a tracked service to our distribution center, keeping your tracking number for reference until the return is processed.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned media, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
